Our Experience QPC has been deploying Condusiv Diskeeper solutions since 1997. As V-Locity has become a more mature product, we also see value in V-Locity. Our Insights QPC strongly recommends the use of Diskeeper Workstation on all workstations and laptops. Home user licensing can cover three computers for less than $40. Diskeeper Profession is about $100 per workstation. SQL and Exchange servers can benefit significantly from installation of Diskeeper Server. We put Diskeeper Server on all SQL servers because without it the SQL server's performance degrades significantly over time. V-Locity is designed for a server virtualization infrastructure that was designed to accomodate V-Locity. If the server virtualization scenario was not decided to have capacity to allow V-Locity to function as designed, then it will not be able to deliver the expected results. Adequate RAM must be available. Use of V-Locity or Diskeeper Server will extend the life of the hard drives in servers and computers when it is properly programmed and enabled to optimize the system with Intelliwrite and Intellicaching technologies. QPC has proprietary scripts to properly configure Diskeeper Server or V-Locity Server in a server virtulization environment. We also design virtualization host servers to have the resources required to facilitate the technology that keeps the systems running at peak performance for 5 - 7 years.

AcronisAlong with being a backup and recovery creator, Acronis also helps manages systems. One of their best products, Disk Director, works with RAID arrays. With these RAID arrays, or a series of hard drives strung together to look like a single space, Disk Director enables resizing of partitions without destroying data and is extremely fast. Currently, there is no product that comes close to this kind of speed. Our Experience QPC has been delivering Acronis solutions since 2004 for organizations of all sizes. Acronis is the only full systems imaging solution that we trust as a software-only solution to act as a key player in our clients' DAR (disaster avoidance and recovery) plans. QPC has two Acronis Certified Engineers on staff. QPC uses Acronis software to successfully back up and provide disaster avoidance and recovery systems for cloud and on-premise, servers, workstations, and cloud services such as Office 365. Our Insights Acronis maks backup, disk management, and cloning software. When you need to add disk to your server, you may want to do things in a non-destructive way and Disk Director is the only product on the market that can talk to raid arrays and preform operations very fast and even in some cases, it can do it while the server is online. This can avoid a maintanence shutdown window.
